Hi,
I know that Gstuart swapped his for pushfit and I used pushfit T on my D3 with no issues. The kit to convert from a Hitachi to an AMK includes pushfit connectors too.

Its just 6mm pneumatic hose so as long as its rated for the same or more pressure it will be fine, use nylon and not PU.

I am looking to do some work to my D3 also.
I have noticed that most of the 6mm push fit connectors are rated 10 Bar whereas the suspension system has a maximum pressure of 23 Bar.
I'd be interested to know where you can get the higher rated push fit connectors for reasonable cost.
Will post up if I find some in the meantime.Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto

Hi
Plus 1 @highlands with regards to AFS as also got mine from there , rated 80 x bar / 1100 Psi
I ensured the cuts were made with a plastic tube cutter to ensure the ends were cut squarely and not leaving any pieces of plastic on the cut , used some emery cloth if there were any gouges / score marks on the ends of the pipes , cutting them back to a good section if there was enough pipe
Used a few wraps of PTFE for the threads , along with some soapy water after and also didn’t have any issues converting all of my Voss convectors to pushfits
Plus considerably cheaper seeing the Voss fittings are around £15.00 each, brass pushfits £4.50 each
Hope that also helps

I can second that when I replaced my front struts and front valve block. Took gstuarts advice and swapped all Voss to push fit. No problems and makes life easy for future 👍
