Front Suspension will not rise. |
|
Hi there,
I’ve got this issue with my 2005 D3 manual. I was doing a height calibration with an Icarsoft LRv3 and the calibration failed during the process. Ever since this the front end will not raise and the back end goes all the way up. I have since purchased a Gap iid tool and tried to recalibrate but this hasn’t worked. I have a fault code of C1A00-53. The dash say’s suspension in extended mode. It’s not blocked valves as I’ve checked and even changed the front valve block. I’m just at a loss now. I don’t have any air leaks either.
Thanks for reading.

Make sure that one of the height sensors is not jammed or seized on the arms., Did the icarsft not take a backup of the system before you started to mess with it.?

All the height sensors are free moving and looking good on the data.
I don’t think it did. I can’t remember it saying anything about a backup. There’s air supply at each of the front struts but for some reason it will not let me raise it whether it be with the trucks ride height controls or the gap tool.

Deflate the whole system and drop it on to the bump stops, then try and raise it with the iid and see what it does.
