Moo I take it you mean Nige? Although I’m happy to change log liberating partners to Nine
No offence Nige Its not the height of the fall but the sudden stop at the bottom that hurts!!

Tony, if you tell someone to dress for the occasion but don't say what the occasion is then what do you expect ? How was I to know it was a dinner party for your wife ?
I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

A few more pics from recent travels. Not a lot to report on the drive from Barossa to Richmond so here’s the best.
We’ve seen a fair few wineries in our stay but for shear volume this one in Riverlands area takes the biscuit. Looked impressive from the road.

And even more impressed from above! That’s a lot of VC!

And the RAAF Memorial Museum in Wagga Wagga (pronounced Wogga Wogga), so good they named it twice. Nice little museum.

Deffo needed a pano for the ‘vark.

Then to the cabin in the animal sanctuary near Bathurst. That’s us back in NSW.
Great steaks on the barbie when we got there.

And a bit of a bush walk, first proper walk after ending up on my face after badly twisting my ankle in Wagga (x2).

SWEEEEEEEEEEEET Red necked wobbleys, (not Brush Tailed Rock Wobblies as reported above), they were everywhere and weren’t too worried by our presence. Great waking up, opening the curtains to see them munching away, keeping the lawn in perfect shape!

We had an evening walk (well felt like mid-afternoon as it was dark by 5:30pm) to see the dingos, potoroos, Bettongs, sugar glider and the elusive Brush Tailed Rock Wobblies. Didn’t see the Palma Wallabies or wombats. I had a bettong sniff my jeans (not recommended) and had a little nibble of my left boot. Lovely little things! SWMBO had a bandicoot run over her feet, I’m not saying there was a girly scream but …….. No pics, also no pics of the stunning star scape with Milky Way and Southern Cross.
And then across the Blue Mountains. Which aren’t very blue.

Fab botanic gardens, that did a very nice lunch!

And back to Windsor NSW, within spitting distance of Sydney from where we leave Aus next week. I know we’re heading off but I’m not sure we really needed a flyby, a ticker tape parade or marching band would have been enough.

And even more today! The crews for the Singaporean Hercs are staying here at the hotel so SWMBO’s going to give them suggestions to pep up the display, incl more centred on our balcony and doing a couple of loop-the-loops.

Back up to the Blue Mountains either tomorrow or Friday, weather dependant.

However - we need more details - How much VC was consumed? Was it Mrs Del's fault? Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector
Limo Tint
Blackvue front & rear dashcam
Cruise control switch pack
Bodsy's remote for FBH

No VC was consumed before said incident, and it was just after we started a 5km walk round Lake Albert near Wagga x2. And it was a nice flat piece of tarmac, I just happened to not notice my foot wasn’t fully on the tarmac.
Oh and no, it deffo wasn’t MrsDSL’s fault, she did offer to help me up but I’d also managed to put sizeable holes in the skin of my hands (bad landing) so she didn’t want any blood evidence on her hands.
