Might be tempted to give them a go myself, as they can also be used elsewhere
[eg on tailgate, on ground, small tent, etc]

Actually they are surprisingly stable. I’ve used a smaller version with a lower back support and never tipped backwards. Not that I’ve purposely tried to. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Though did check that for myself prior to ordering and width is quoted as 52.5cm.

That should be fine then.
