Sadly nothing yet Nik.
Initially told delivery would be Mon, nothing received and no further update!!
Everything just now is running late, and it's not just Royal Mail.
I've got a number of big items on order, and all are late!
Bit of a pain as I can't get out and enjoy this nice sunny [but cold] weather !!!
Will def post here when they do come though....... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Yes thanks Nik, finally got over that covid bug I picked up at the LRO show, but it did take a few weeks to get it out of my system!
Trust you're good too....... always on the road less travelled 🚧

The two seats turned up today…….. and I’m very disappointed.
They both sit well together at the opening of the tailgate, but reckon it would be difficult getting on to them.
(thought I took a pic before I packed them all away again, but obviously didn’t)
The main issue for me was the seat back position, it’s far too reclined.
There’s a spring loaded pin that locates when erected and there’s no adjustment.
It could be modified with extra holes and a manual straight through pin used on the other hinge.
But reckon not worth the hassle for something of this price….. so they’re going back.
Plus I’ve got the prop up padded boards I made which do the job just fine for me (stored at the LH side of my “D4 kit box”).
Happy to sit on the drop-down tailgate with no back rest, but need the back rest when sitting right back in the load area in inclement weather.

Shame these didn't work out. I can see now how far they are reclined and I agree it's too far back. Thanks for the follow up though.

Plenty of other companies sell something similar but these are a bit bigger.
Well I bought a couple of these and they’re very good. Adjustable angle for the back rest, a strap on each side, and oddly you can lean back without tipping over.
Can’t take photos at the moment as I’ve left them at one of the offices. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
