This one only goes up to 2011 though and I'm after 2016.

Thanks all for the help, the link needs to be opened in Adobe acrobat (which I did not have!) then it has all the index and bookmarks to find stuff, unfortunately it does not have the ZF 8 speed box in it so still does not help me!

Looks like I'll just change the oil as per Robbies post and leave the filter/sump until over 100,000 miles.
