Disco 3 refuses to start Multiple lost communication codes

Was having problems with disco 3 eg rear suspension went down . Got home fine but then car refused to start and multiple lights show up on dash. I have repaired suspension but car still refuses to start.
Codes U0122(lost communication with vehicle dynamic control module) U0416 (invalid data received from vehicle control module U0100 (lost communication with engine control module/ power terrain U1A13 (lost communication with all terrain control module) U0073 (control module comm buss off) all showed up.
Help"………..can anyone help or advise me?

U codes are normally ignored. Could be flat battery. Failed alternator?

What did you fix on the rear suspension as you may have dislodged a plug. As has been said, "U" codes are information codes.
