OK that seems correct as the PWM will only change when the car is running, Problem not there so.
Plug in the GAP tool and read the live values for the injector balance (1-6) with the engine running and the voltage from the top of the screen.

You can take a screen shot and post it here if that's easier for you.

Whilst there are a couple of injectors a little out of whack it's nothing that would cause the reported running issues. Your fuel pressure remains ludicrously high though for an idle speed value, that's over 102 Bar!

You should be seeing roughly a quarter of that figure for that rpm.

When it's running for a while it drops to roughly 27000 kpa

Does it drive any better when it drops to 27k? Any other fault codes when running at 27k?

It does bring up a fault for the egr valves but they are blanked off when I clear the faults it's only the fuel.pressure sensor comes back on

So there was a software patch uploaded?

Certain EGR faults will cause limp mode on EU4 engines, but I'm not certain a "patch" will prevent it even though it will prevent the EML illumination.
It may do, but I'm just wondering if the EGR is causing the limp and not the fuel pressure especially since your GAP reports it has setteled to the correct range!
