Fuel burning heater remote
Can any of you clever people help me out. I have a 2016 D4 HSE and bought the remote fob and receiver for my fuel burning heater off another member. Its genuine LR Part VPLAX0061/60. I located the plug behind the rear panel, plugged my receiver in and routed the aerial. Next I paired the fob as per instructions.
I then tried to fire up the heater. After pressing the fob the green led came on for about a second and then flashes once every couple of seconds but no heater. Do I need to use a GAP IID tool to programme the car to recognise the new accessory. Some mistakes are to good to only make once.

I can't do it with mine, ( think it's £60 to add another vehicle) you need someone with an IID pro. I don't know if the AP200 can do it, someone will be along to tell if the AP200 will.L633 Defender
