I went a different route on mine - bought an older one with 130k on it. It was under budget and the fact it has got this far in life without failure is worth something in my mind. If it does fail then it goes as spares repairs without too much loss or I go to QP and get it rebuilt with I believe a stronger bottom end.
Here’s hoping lighting doesn’t strike twice! At least with this new lump I can run it with good habits from 0 miles: letting it warm up, cut down on short journeys, disable start stop, more regular oil changes, only wear my lucky pants whilst driving it, hang some rosary beads from the mirror, fill the wiper jets with holy water etc.

…… and why no Pope mascot on the bonnet leading edge.
Re oil, just make sure that the correct spec is used.

Ha but als to add -
check the oil every 600 miles - there is a sticker the fuel flap door. I bet most people don't check it basically every tank full of diesel.
Use the the secondary turbo regularly (once warmed of course). It doesn't kick in until 2.5k rpm and these cars often get used to pottle around town and once a year get loaded up and taken on the family holiday, given some beans and it ends in tears. Land Rover(s) : '10 Discovery 4
