changing over to a new set of wheels yesterday i spin each wheel and feel for any play ect on each wheel before i take it off .fronts both fine n/s/r spins fine grab it at 6 and 12 and clunk clunk about an inch and a half in and out free play crikey thats not good so off with the wheel and it looks like the top arm inner bush has fell to bits .and it was only mot,d 2 weeks ago .my mrs was complaining at the weekend while towing the caravan it felt like it was pulling about at the back well we now know why . so i have been quoted about £450 a side for genuine landrover arms is this a decent price ?.im assuming the arms will be a couple of hundred to buy .anyway im booked in for both sides to be done lets hope my wallet gets a little rest after this .its a good job i really like this car

From £188 for a complete kit for both sides and then you get 5% off using code "AF4LRP"... I'd go with the slightly more expensive Meyle ones if it were my car ... I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

It’s a slippery slope. While its all off, you may as well consider doing the wheel bearings etc. Defender 110 2.4 TDCi Utility Station Wagon.

ordered and received the hd kit . there not actually meyle in fact unbranded in a clear plastic bag the top hub bushes that i also ordered are branded lemforder .i rang advanced factors to clarify the manufacturer and the guy assured me they are lemforder even though they carry no manufacturers brand on the packaging.he said mayle dont do rear upper arms . anyway as long as they last better than the jlr ones i was going to get ill be happy .im assuming a 4 wheel alignment will be required after these have been fitted ?
