ID tool helps and steering column electrics
Gents, my disco steering column electrics have never worked. This may sound dumb but i can't find a dirrect fuse for them and i have not been able to locate any fuses that have gone for this particular area - so before i take apart the column and try diagnose on the motor itself, i was wondering if anyone knows if i can try and see if they have been acticvated or if there is any features/functions i can test or look at on the id tool?
if there is a way i can test it from the id tool then that would be wicked. - be glad of anyones help.

Have a look in CCF options to see if its marked as fitted.
Look at live values to see if switch
And position feed back works
I don’t think there is a specific fuse
There are 2 motors

It's fitted on later models but I don't think 06MY had it.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

If fitted there should be a knob on the left side of the column. Like a mirror switch

Thanks gents it is definitely something that is fitted to the vehicle I am just not too sure if it is working properly I'll try and look through my ID tool and see if that makes it work or I can find out why it doesn't work. what are the specific options does anyone know or what do I need to look for for this particular part? I did look in the I'd tool tool all and I couldn't find a specific name or line value for the motors for the steering column

If it's there it should be fused on the seat motor in the CJB No'46 30A. The fuse link is in the BJB, but if the seat works then the fuses are obviously not the problem.
The module is under the drivers seat and the connector blocks I think are behind the kick panel. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

I am struggling on this one guys. I can't seem to find it in my ccf options on the I'd tool. Anyone got any ideas?
I can see the unit under the steering column but I can't see any loose connections anywhere....

No, the tilt switch doesn't make anything happen and I can't hear a relay click or anything happen at all with any of the motors.

If it's "enabled" there should be a fault code generated if something was wrong. The fact that there's no fault code makes me think it's not "enabled" I see from your screen shot it says the tilt sensor is "not fitted"/enabled!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
