The D3 has a BMS so the alternator will only charge under certain conditions. Seeing under 13V doesn't necessarily mean the alternator has failed.

Next place I'd look for Xmas tree lights syndrome after brake light switch and bulbs is the wiring to/from/at the connector at the rear of the NSF wheel arch.

The D3 alternator is controlled soley by the PCM, if your battery is showing only 12.4 volts it is flat or knackerd.

Flack Thumbs Up

Old 1 putting out 12.3 ish volts max on start up.
This 1 putting 14.6 on start up.
Got exactly the same faults now as with old one.

Battery showing 13.7v after charging
Put it back on the car. Same faults as before.
Took leads off the battery
Let it stand for an hour.
12.4v
New battery ordered
From what I've read these are the 2 main things to check before delving deeper into the world of stress
