I think you need to calibrate new transfer ecu's.
Have a search on here. I think it involves driving the car a bit

B&$$er, you're right you do...
The threads I'd seen before just talked about a straight swap, but I didn't read up enough at all!
Frustrating I'd bought the Autel tool not to long ago, however it doesn't appear that this tool can perform the reset!
