has anyone got a wiring diagram of the wires going into the module because took it to a garage and he seems to think the module could be dead due to not responding to any diagnostics. i need to make sure there is 12v going into the module before i buy another.

It's all there on pages 42, and 43!
From the manual.
"Header joints are identified by their corresponding connector number
with a numbered suffix to indicate the pin-out detail of the wire, i.e.
C0292-1 identifies connector 292, pin number 1. Wire insulation
colour is identified in the normal way"
See page 6 "How to use the diagrams"
If you're not used to reading them it can at first be a bit confusing, just keep at it.
It will all fall into place for you,.... eventually yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

I see checked the voltage from the can bus in and can bus out which was spot on and the wires that should have power do. Checked the earths nsf wheel arch and osf wheel arch. I cleaned them up as well and checked for loose or rubbed wires nothing.
Petrol and a match it needs I think 🤬

If you clear the codes, (A) what codes are coming back immediately?
(B) What codes come up after cycling the ignition?yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Did any water get inside the passenger footwell? Apart from the BCM behind the glove box, there are connectors and splices in there which may be wet/corroded!
Also, did you check the TCM plug for corrosion?yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

The 12v power supply to the terrain control module switch in the centre had nothing going to it. Using a power probe clearly shows when power goes to it fault goes. So for now I have run another wire off the ignition live to short term fix it and will trace the issue with the wire.

Ah, that might be behind the p/s footwell panels. Should be easy enough to trace. yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
