So I've just done this today, but with 2p's as couldn't find a good blanking kit! I just wanted two bits of metal to replace the 2p's as assumed the rest of the pipework can just stay in. Saw some thin plates on ebay that go inplace of the 2p's, but not sure they'll fit. But maybe going for the full blanking kit is better?
As for the butterfly, mine came out easily whilst in the car. Just used a flat-head screwdriver to move it out a little and then slowly pulled it out by hand whilst holding the disk in the airpipe. I then dropped it somewhere into the engine and now can't find it! Have a feeling I'll have to take the underside plate off to get it back.
Also, for the software patch, where is best and can it be done remotely? With the whole lockdown thing, can't really leave Cardiff! What would be a good price for it? I've seen everything from £120 to £400!

Great, just the plates I was looking for! I have a Autel IID via my mobile phone, can it still be done remotely on that?
