Out of fuel again

Out of fuel again

So this is the second time now I’ve run out of fuel,

First time I had only had the Disco 4 for 3 weeks

So I had
2 floats changed
Water sensor detector changed
And fuel filter

Now I’ve sat in the Disco again with no fuel, it’s reading fuel on the dash and 128 miles left. But it can’t be as I’ve traveled 428 on a full tank

Any ideas what it could be ??
