HK Subwoofer level broken - is there a fix?

Hi All,

The subwoofer adjustment on my 2005 HSE with HK Logic 7 doesn't do anything. The level seems to be pre-set at a level which, for me, is too low.

The sub is definitely working and will go down to about 30hz... It just needs to be louder.

I read somewhere that this could be a issue with the firmware in my amp and or headunit. Is there a fix?

Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me then?

I had a dead channel on one of the rear headhone jacks a few years ago, Very early D3 model. When I upgraded to the later firmware, the channel worked again. So it might be applicable to your situation as well.

How did you update the firmware? Did you pay £25 for the IID update?
