Return of the suspension fault (after various new parts)
So recently installed my second AMK along with a new reservoir tank, reservoir valve and front valve. All has been good since including a long drive from SE England to the Lake District for a week and back home. Had another two weeks since at home also problem free.
Then today I had the Off Road setting as was about to do some work (diff oil replacement) when I realised I had the wrong tool so jumped into the car to catch Halfords. 20 seconds later I get a bong saying "Slow down or suspension will lower". Doh! Realised I was still on the Off Road setting so flicked to go back to normal height. Then 20 seconds later ... bong again, Suspension Fault - Normal Height Only. Can't believe it!!!
I haven't looked at it yet to be honest (other than read the fault on the IID), too off.
I have two faults, the second of which I definitely had before thus changing all the above parts. Any thoughts on what else it can be? Could I have created a new problem by driving on Off Road height for such a short time?
Please help, I am loosing faith in my Disco. I enjoy working on it but this recurring suspension issue is going to be the end of me.

What state is your reservoir in?
That second fault code implies it might be kaput if you've already replaced the compressor.Mods:

Just replaced that too (before the new compressor) along with new reservoir valve and front valve.

I wonder if a wire damaged when changing compressor & second fault triggered by the first.

Could be. But odd that it's taken over 3 weeks to show up (1 of those all over the Lakes). The more I think about it the more I believe it must have been triggered by driving in Off Road albeit for a very short time. Too coincidental not to be related. I just don't know how or why it is related.

Sorry, yes. Just re-read that. Forgetting I haven't had the first fault before. Just recognised the second and thought ... oh no, here we go again.
I have been working under the car recently so I have been on Off Road with F26 pulled out each time. If that fuse was shot, could that cause this first fault?

Just nipped and checked F26. Looks okay and was/is seated correctly. Also tried a couple of times to get up to Off Road height before the fault came up. Each time the compressor was working as the back came up but the front didn't move at all. Previously, before I replaced the compressor, I would get the "Front raising too slowly" but this doesn't appear to move at all. Again not sure how that information would relate to the first fault.

I don't know if the compressor could still partially work if one of the suspension related fuses was blown but as that first fault suggests the possibility of an 'open circuit', I have ordered a bunch of fuses. So tomorrow I will swap out F3, F26, F35 and FL10. Got to be worth a try. If I still have the fault after that, I'll get under and open the compressor case again to check connections etc.

Also just whipped the compressor cover off to have a quick check. Disconnected and reconnected all plugs, visually checked all wires and visually checked all pipes and connections for anything obvious. All looked good. Started up with the cover off and ran around to hear the compressor running for approx 15 seconds or so then stop (at the point the fault shows up again).
Not sure how/why a fuse was blown although looking at all the ones I took out (F3, F26, FL10 & F35) none look broken. But somehow swapping them out has changed the first fault to the above.
As mentioned above the reservoir tank, reservoir valve, front valve and compressor are all new.
I also noticed now then when I try to raise the suspension to normal height (now dropped a little below normal) before the fault comes up, nothing happens at all, front or back.
Not sure where to go from here. Could it be the new reservoir block is faulty and the solenoids aren't working? Or if it is the wiring, how do I go about checking it?
Feeling like it is getting beyond my own abilities now.

Did you replace the comp relay when fitting the new compressor? If so try swapping it for another same rated relay in the fuse box and see if diagnostics changesyµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
