Altox problem
Wondering if anyone could help with my altox please. Just set up a new phone and app had no details. I requested by text the unit I’d which the car sent back to me and then requested password as help section told me to do. I have entered all details in to app but now when I try and do anything it gives the message in the picture. There is plenty of credit on sim and was working perfectly before new phone so hoping someone can help.

Hi,
It seems you do not have an Altox problem, but a internet connection problem.. an very important detail..
To solve this problem, you have to focus on the internet connection issue..
If you configure a new phone, you have to configure specific internet connection details, like DNS details to connect to the internet..
Often/always, you can download a specific configuration file from your provider... (you SIM provider that is)
Download can be done with a WiFi connection for sure... have a look at the site of your provider..
Or just a adress and the right login details are needed..

What happens by the way, if you connect to WiFi at home and then try the altox tool?Best regards

Thank you for that it was indeed an issue with the internet connection details which I have now corrected and it’s all working. Thanks again for help
