Big shout out to Tim at Alltrack 4x4 in Malvern.
Just had the ZF8HP megaflush done. MY13 D4 8-Speed with 92k miles (I know, it's a baby) 
The drive home was about as night and day as you could get. OMG!
Smooth as silk, bumpless changes (up and down), drops 2 gears when you kick-down, no hesitation whatsoever. I swear the MPG on the 70 miles trip home went up by 2?
Just over an hour with a full explanation of what was happening.
Great service - I will be back in the future for sure  "Track day running - Don't put your foot back on the accelerator until your absolutely sure you don't have to take it off again"
Current Ride: D4 XS Commercial Baltic Blue SDV6 fully loaded with heated everything 
Track Days: BMW E36 M3 Evolution MY 1996 (3.2 Litre 377 BHP sat in 1,250 Kgs of car, with a pro safety cage and some serious braking power)

Tim & the guys did my belts,oil & water pumps....Oh & remapped it as well.
Can't fault them,a realy genuine team of lads who know there stuff.
With a rare thing nowadays, brilliant customer service.

Can I suggest you just give them a ring? My quote was specific to what I wanted doing (8-speed plus mileage etc.) and yours could be different of course.
Plus I'm not sure I should discuss someone else's pricing on the forum. Not my business if you like.
Tim is superb if you ring him and have a quick chat. They do MOTs in the mornings and gearbox flushes (using the same ramp) after 2 pm each day.
