Just used the FBH dibber for the last time, it’s -3.0 here, no more pre-warmed car for me. Unless SWMBO goes out and started it, and that’s not going to happen.

Why not run a nice condition D3 with 150k+ on the clock and just keep it forever. I have two with more than 145000m and they both drive & act like new. £7k should get you a good one...

The last drive was to take her to get sold, once I’ve decided to sell a car she doesn’t leave the drive unless necessary.
Well she’s gone. Just celebrating with a double cheeseburger & latte in Micky Dees before getting the bus back in 45 mins. Sad day indeed.

Maybe “celebrating” was the wrong word. Traded her for some currency of the realm, then spent some of it on a burger & coffee to warm up as after the walk into central Inverness I’m freeeeeeeeeeezin. Nothing compared to the -3.something at home this morning though.

Very pretty, bit of snow and lots of nice autumnal colours. Now I’ve sold the D4 it’ll be knee deep in snow next time I want to go across it.
