LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

I do indeed but with what we’ve got planned she’s just going to sit and rust on the driveway. Sensible is best in this case. Thumbs Up

You are quite right Del. More important things than a car. Although I’ve got a D5, then it’s basically not far off the price of a small holiday home and I know which I’d rather have that tbh, but SWMBO wanted the big car, so I do as I am told! Whistle

What are you up to then?

Going to be strange being Discoless I suspect!
 King of the typo.

MY11 D4 5.0 V8, Bournville, lots of goodies!

Now departed: '85 RR Vogue, '94 D1, '95 D1, '70 SIIA, '97 D1, '04 D2a. All V8, except for the SIIA - but that drank as much petrol anyway!

Re what up to, there’s a big wide world out there, got plans to see much of it once we are dogless. D4 would just sit on the drive not being driven. Fair few threads on here where peeps ask what they should do for laying a car up for a long time, often the answer is sell it, I’m just preempting that.

If all goes to plan I’ll be discoless for the first time since the mid 90s in about 5 hours, it will be very strange indeed. But being sensible is the best thing, we’ll in this case. Thumbs Up
