United Kingdom 2015 LR4 3.0 SDV6 Base 7 Seat Auto Santorini BlackLR4

My daughters car has just flashed up "gearbox paddles disabled".

I've cleared the fault but it comes back. I've checked both battery voltages and the main one is 12.65v and the small one is 13.0v

Any suggestions?
