Knocking noice (part numbers required )

Hi guys anyone know how to tell whats gone on the front of my Disco 4 .Only slow movement to the left causes it to make the sound, normal driving and turning are find. The lower front arms were changed May last year and have only done 12k on them this does not seem right if its that thats gone should last longer. These were fitted by Landrover.
thanks Thumbs Up

Had it all checked out all bushes are good no extra movement found, however the front cv joint had a clip missing and is now very dry so looking like new cv joints need to be fitted.

I have my guy who can fit these for me but can anyone tell me if I need to change both sides or getaway with just the one and also what part numbers if know will I need and last of all best place to buy.

Thanks in advance Thumbs Up
