The little outline of the disco in the light that shines from the bottom of the wing mirrors!

In my case the driver, with the lack of a dipstick being a close second, followed by the two rearmost seats.

Split tailgate, when you need something in the far reaches of the boot. Or when you want protection from rain with the boot open.

How about the electric dipstick? Evil or Very Mad

I do keep thinking about making a "dipstick" to check oil level via the suction tube, can't be too difficult can it ?

2016 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 Landmark LE Auto Waitomo GreyDiscovery 4

Stop start system!
If I want to turn the engine off I know where the button is.
It does annoy me if I forget to turn it off.
When you do turn it off you get a yellow warning on the dash.
 D4 2016 Landmark, Waitomo Grey.
D3 2005 HSE, Bonatti Grey, now sold but still comes back for servicing.
Defender 2002 Td5 Commercial, had a hard life but slowly being restored.
I only work so I can afford to repair my Land Rovers!

Never seen the point of the FBH. Never felt I needed it, when it does work produces horrible fumes and stench.
Causes so many questions on here-just pull the fuse.

The D3...

Dashboard Clock.....isn't practical.....a clock is meant to be looked at & if it can't be read at a glance - useless.
I can't see that a software revision couldn't have given what works well in FL2....an anologue clock.

Btw......the voice activation is a usable feature if you study the command possibilities...I printed off the pages & tried.....it's what I've got so I give it a try & use it....you shouldn't keep "Kylie" locked up in the dashboard....
 BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

There's a saying if it isn't broke don't fix it, Landrover just took the dip stick away why is beyond me but at least you still get to top up screen wash and see the coolant level lol

Just another attempt by Land Rover to make sure you take it them to change your oil at 5 times the price of DIY!!
Whilst an enthusiastic DIY'er will probably have a go, I suspect the percentage that don't is quite high because it's a tad more complex.

I find the voice activation really good compared to the system in my Van. I'm often seen swearing stuck in traffic on the A40 at my dashboard, as it gets the name wrong for the 10th time whilst trying to phone a customer, when it finally gets the name right it then doesn't understand the Yes to confirm Thud
