Can't find "dog poo" on the premium colours list, perhaps it's a factory standard ?

Is the rear recovery point part of the chassis, or is that also bolted on?

Part of the tow bar so bolted on by looks of it

Very nice Russell Thumbs Up - as said, looking forward to real life reviews (although I suspect you may be a bit biased and quite right too - no one says there kids are ugly do they?)

Edited to add - you need to update your profile Wink

Initial thoughts after doing about 60 miles
WOW it drives lovely and is very plush inside. Sat nav seems to be very good and up to date. Touch screen seems very quick and intuitive although there is a slight delay when starting the car for the sat nav to start up (few seconds)
Sound system is very good and loads of adjustment.
Cameras are far far superior to the MY15 car and were even better than hose on the early D4's.
The driver info screen in between the speedo and rev counter is a lot better with loads of adjustments that can be made and include lan despatcher which can steer you back into the lane or vibrate the steering wheel.
The electronic seat fold seems good but so far when folding the seats the drivers/passenger seat also move to allow the rears to fold but do not seem to move back, not a major issue as the memory button can be pushed and they return but a bit of a glitch/let down in my view.
Also with the speech activated button I can no longer add NAV instructions where I could on D4, might find it later but not so far.
One comment is the bonnet is big and appears to sit very high compared with the D4. Driving position is still high but feels more car like now with the handling with less roll and much stiffer.

That's what it looked like in your pic. Thumbs Up

Presumably then, if no tow bar is specified, you'd just have the rear recovery point, which would also be bolted on.

What's the first mod?

First mod is fit black vue but having a quick look the fuse boxes are in the same sort of area but a lot harder to get clear access to especially the one under the bonnet shame really with all that room under there.
Grill is no longer clipped on but screwed/bolted as are the headlights
Just driven a night and must say the lights seem very good but have not got the cornering lights which I thought came on this Big Cry
One thing have just noticed is the rear lights seem o be on all the time as well as he front, lights all turned off but font DRL are on rear lights are on and number plate lights are on, may be just because it is dark will check in the day light.
Interior lights seem a lot brighter than the D4 s standard, mood lighting is nice with a choice of four colours and different brightness.

There's no voice activation of Navigation on the latest systems!

All New Discovery is a great vehicle, I didn't want to like it but after 2 days in it on and off road I could help but be impressed on how it handled and the interior. I'm still not taken by the external view, particularly the rear end.
