I was quoted 6700 plus vat 18 months ago managed to get it down to £5700 plus vat so they've come down massively

Not sure work was completed by an Indy but I was looking at engine options, I'm guessing complete it cane complete with cambelts fitted etc but had to move all ancillaries across, injectors etc

That is a complete one. I bought a complete LR recone engine a couple of months for 6000 euro ex VAT.

Did the job myself. In the end the damage was : 7500 euro incl VAT parts total ( including brake lines) and 550 euro inc VAT turbo recon.

My Cambelt is gone
Hi Guys,
don´t know if it is off Topic. But my Cambelt broke and i think my engine is dead,
What are the quotes for an Exchange Engine in UK?
Can i fit in a bigger engine? (more than 190 HP?)
Would be realy pleased for all the help i can get.

The £4250 is for a LR refurb end 'stripped' engine; a new one (still stripped) is around £5850. Both plus vat and fitting.Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE
