Aircon Fan Noise, still searching Fix

apologies if the solution has been posted, looked for it under "fan noise" "aircon noise" but did not find clue hence posting my question

the AirCon Fan makes a grinding noise, that you can hear when engine idle and fan speed at 1st or 2nd position.
seems the fan is either not balanced; or something in it; but really annoying
has anyone come across this and how to fix it
feels like i have flys or bees living there

You need to remove it and have a look to see if it is the fan itself or something doing the wall-of-death ride in it.
