I have been toying with the idea of buying a D3 V8, Lowish Miles would be good, replacing all the clunks underneath with RRS arms, bushes etc, Brembo brakes, a kind of work in progress project that I can run everyday.
Then I remembered GREENI's D4 V8 rare beast...... anyone know where that ended up?
And does any one know of a V8 that's for sale mileage under 100K prefer 75,000 but doubt that's gonna happen. Only dead fish go with the Flow !

Finding a decent one will be the hardest part, and they all seem to be silver or black. It took me 8 months to find a grey one. 05 V8 HSE Bonatti Grey

I have just bought,but not yet collected a 1 owner 53k D3 V8 HSE  so they are out there. it has only taken me 2 years to find one ! Should collect it next week.

Charlie, that sounds ideal, are there any on your short list that I could perhaps benefit from? More importantly could you divulge what you paid for such a rare example, by PM obviously. Only dead fish go with the Flow !

Yes thanks, seen that one, I've seen somewhere a 2008 one for sale, then seen a thread on here saying that production had ceased since and that the 08 was a special for LR's MD at that time. I can't bloody find it now ?

Paid through the nose for a silver one with 100k ?(turns out to be 104k) Now with 106,500.
Drives beautifully and puts my other newer vehicles to shame. Had the gearbox flushed as part of the deal ..... smooth.
Did spot a Tonga Green SE with 53k miles when I was looking. SWMBO didn't like the colour.
