Tow Bar Electrics (whats the spade connector for)

I have just got my tow bar and the 7 pin electric loom and the one bit I can't figure out is where the single spade connector on the wiring loom goes (I think it is a blue wire). Is it spare for something else as it is not mentioned in the instructions ?.
