Installed a Travall dog/cargo guard. Install was trivial, the instructions were good and the product looked well made. Didn’t seemingly rattle, either. Will see how it behaves when driving

From nearly burning down a Morrison's filling station on Thursday, alternator fire, had to use me fire extinguisher.
She lives again new alternator, plug and wires fitted this morning.

Today I bought and fitted a dog cage to the back of the D3.

Wheel bearings (Timken) and gave it a wash! It's been washed twice this year so far, which is twice the number of times it was washed last year! The more money I sink into her, the more I want to keep her clean..... I am fast approaching half the value of the car in parts and ramp fees this year alone

Replaced upper tailgate actuator, I can now open the boot from the outside after just rigging the cable up for a couple of weeks
