DiscoJez.... what kind of bulbs are the door ones? because if there's a possibility you got them in the wrong way round then they won't work as LEDs are polarity sensitive.what is this life, if full of care?

the bulbs are the same as in the other spots, the first thing I tried when the LEDs didn't work was to switch them around in case polarity was the issue, but they still did not work.--

Went out this morning to drop mother in law off at a garden center and while driving back with my 2 1/2 year old in the back he decided to do some projectile vomitting so spent a while cleaning

Heard a clunk when reversing, then found this on my driveway:
Current milage of car 110,000 miles
(This part fell off less than 2000 miles after having front lower arms and rear upper arms replaced... and I had asked the specialist landrover garage to thoroughly check all other items at the same time.....)
What is worrying is that this could have fallen off on the motorway.
Hopefully nothing else on the car has been damaged by this rear drop link.
Will check tomorrow.

Changed the oil temp sender and gave it a quick oil and filter change. Stopped the annoying sudden dip of revs when just pulling away. Well you can't blame the car for getting confused. The old sender was telling the ecu the temp was -30°c

Well not quite today, but at the weekend, I changed the rear storage and dog crate around, halving my drawer size so I could lower the dog crate - also added rubber to the rear tailgate, so protecting the carpet
Can now see out the rear mirror

Today I 'av mostly been.... Driving my discovery here there and everywhere with a big cheesy grin after having it off the road for a while due to a steering angle sensor fault. Fixed the fault over Christmas and forum member rusty came by this morning to recalibrate it. What a top bloke ! Happy to say she seems to be good so far ! Just have to get some bottom arms, steering rack arms etc and I'll be back to precise steering. Happy day. Jarrod

Not today, but the arrival of a heavy parcel from Advanced Factors suggests I'll be sorting my rear brakes at the weekend.
