confused... 4.4 V8 Cambelt??

The V8 seems to me to have two modes. Lazy for day to day use and Censored for the sports mode.

To me it "feels" faster then our old 8 speed X5 (247hp). However the BMW is far quicker on paper. All I know is when I ask for "warp" speed it leaves me grinning from ear to ear Very Happy .


I agree you notice the lack of torque at low revs and it will seamless drop a gear on an incline if you are driving at 60 to 65mph.
