Momentum for Kids
Is it me or does this seem wrong / worrying? Momentum has set up network of sites for kids. What concerns me is the line between engagement and indoctrination.

Replace the word 'Momentum' from that sentence with name of the religion of your choice and ....... An ex-Disco3 / FFRR owner ......

Madness, but sadly, not misguided.
When I was a kid, local MP used to write to all kids close to 18th birthday inviting them down to HoP (I never went as wasn't that interested) for an educational trip - but this is almost sinister in a 1984 sort of way - or is it just me?

6.7 Young Labour
So why is Momentum setting up another political club for kids if it is part of the Labour Movement? Is ther eactually a demand for this?New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)

Young Labour is the youth section of the UK Labour Party.
Since the intent of MK is to promote ""political activity that is fun, engaging and child-friendly", perhaps young labour is failing here?Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana

Momemtum are not the Labour Party, they are a focus group within its membership supporting JC. Not my cup of tea ...but the driver for this particular project is more so about facilitating childcare for single parent members of the momentum group rather than brainwashing little kids. As with other movements those kids that are a little older i.e 12+ may become more politically aware and encouraged to participate perhaps but they are likely to be already influenced by the parent at that stage in any case.21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
Pfftt! Rich - you're so gullible. It's clearly a structure to encourage our young comrades to denounce their parents failure to adhere to the glorious JC path to the party apparatchiks, but with balloons and board games and nutritionist-approved, non-elitist tidbits.Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana
