Pfftt! Rich - you're so gullible. It's clearly a structure to encourage our young comrades to denounce their parents failure to adhere to the glorious JC path to the party apparatchiks, but with balloons and board games and nutritionist-approved, non-elitist tidbits.

Join the 'NEW' YCs, and blend Politics, Fun and Laughter.
The top photo is more reminiscent of the tumbrel taking nobles to the guillotine in the French Revolution than a rural outing.
The 'T-shirt over a work shirt' photo is always a stinker; a group of identical ones just compounds the horror.Time flies like an arrow; fruit flies like a banana
Well, didn't Jeremy say he wanted kinder politics?
"Trots TV", for the even younger future member, perhaps?

In 1925 the Young Britons Organisation was formed as the juvenile branch of the National Union of Conservative and Unionist Associations. It closed down during the Second World War.
After the Conservative Party suffered a catastrophic defeat in the 1945 general election:
** The Young Britons Organisation was reformed to cater for bothboys and girls aged 6–16, while the Young Conservatives was set up to cater for an older age group.
National Chairman 1987/88 BBC political editor - Nick Robinson.

Used to hang around a bit with Nick Robinson in the early 80's in local pub - friend of a mate and Girlfriend from local Private School, very intelligent and quite a funny guy - involved in a horrific car accident in France when fuel tank on Beetle exploded when it crashed - Brian Redhead (he of R4 Morning show) lost his son in the accident - 18 years old, tragedy

One of the very best of some excellent BBC R 4 presenters of Today.
A founder member of the 'Friends of the M6'.
Famed for just about the most incisive off the cuff retort 'live' ever.
During his time on the Today programme, Redhead was accused of political bias by Conservative Chancellor Nigel Lawson (Who had claimed he was a Life long Labour supporter), and in reply enquired
"Do you think we should have a one-minute silence now in this interview, one for you to apologise for daring to suggest that you know how I vote and secondly perhaps in memory of monetarism which you have now discarded."
Redhead was an ardent supporter of his local MP and family friend - Redhead claimed to be more of a Tory wet, not a socialist, and stated that he had cast a personal vote for Macclesfield's Conservative MP, Nicholas Winterton.
Sadly missed.

There seems to be at least TWO schools of thought about the political 'sympathies of Corbyn, et alia:
1) That he/they, are a bunch of Communists;
2) He/they, are a bunch of Trotskyists
Given that :
* Trotsky was most probably a Trotskyist;
* 'Uncle' Joe Stalin claimed to be THE voice of Communism, and (allegedly) had Trotsky assassinated because he was a Trotskyist, not a Communist, and therefore a threat to the revolution,
How can Corbyn be both a Trotskyist AND a Communist?
He may be one or the other, or neither.
But NOT both......

Please, Sir?
In the second two photos, what are those strange looking people with bumps on their chests, unusually shaped legs, and camel toes?
We don't have any in our pix.
