discovery 3 suspension issue please help!
right, i dont know if this is relevant to it or not but this morning i noticed my passenger tire was almost completely worn on the inside and it only passed mot 3 weeks ago, but here goes,
had an oil leak so went to the car wash to get a steam clean i had to drive up the big steep ramps and he gave in around the pan a good clean for me, i reversed off and drove around to the petrol station and it felt very bouncy, parked up turned round and was met with this....
took it home and plugged it in initially had these codes
cleared them and started her up it will say vehicle raising slowly (doesnt feel or look to be) then it cuts out and says suspension fault, ive then plugged it in and im getting this code, everytime i clear it it keeps coming back its the C1131 air supply code...
also noticed whilst driving it home its now almost completely chewed the front passenger tyre off whilst on the bump stops....
just to add there was already a suspension fault and i was only ever able to drive at normal ride hight which was fine but now it wont lift at all, the drive up that steep ramp seems to have forced it to dump all the air out of the system, any ideas folks, ive just spent an absoloute fortune on this thing and its givin me a serious headache......
help please!!!!!!

It would seem that by ignoring the suspension fault, you may well have burnt out the compressor...
Can you hear any air hissing from the car while the compressor is running? My D3 Build Thread

it just seems a coincidence that it happened as i came off that ramp, i dont think i can hear the compressor at all to be honest, should the compressor be able to be heard with just the ignition on?
