How Many Fault Codes????
Hey everyone,
I took my 2005 D3 TDV6 to my local transmission specialist for investigation. She started suffering with the juddering under acceleration and slight hunting of the rev counter on the motorway. Collected her yesterday after a day with the garage and had the list of codes in the pictures below. The owner of the garage said that it was the most codes he had ever seen in one go and he was amazed that there were no warning lights or messages up on the instrument cluster.
I'm off back the UK next week for a week so the car will be at the airport, so I thought I would ask you guys for your thoughts in anticipation of getting back and starting to try and sort this mess out.
Any thoughts would be very much appreciated as to where to start.

I'm no expert but I wouldn't be too worried by a lot of those, when I had clock on dash and sat nav on move done last year by Bodsey I had double that list most were simple missed communication errors once cleared they were ok, is your chap a LR specialistRange Rover Westminster 4.4 TDV8 what a car

Not a Landy specialist but the codes were cleared and all came back once driven again.
I'm thinking that its a dodgy connector or wire somewhere.

wow I am beaten in the code stakes sir!
DSL, I thought that was the case after some research on here but wanted a second opinion from an auto transmission specialist who found all these codes.

Greg, with those airbag codes has that car been crashed?
Chris, bear in mind I'm not a techie but I don't think there are any codes that can identify the the TC is in the way out. Judder on acceleration and fluctuating revs at steady speed were my symptoms.

DSL, that's what I thought as well, did you get a reformed TC or a new one? I wonder if they can be refurbished?
It's still quite a worry that there are all these codes present.

I would ignore the "lost communications" ones. Common/normal

Thanks Pete. I was surprised that there were all these lost comms ones but no warning messages.

I, and a good few here, have used Bristol Transmissions in the UK http://www.bristoltransmissions.co.uk/home/ Really happy with my new TC, like a new gearbox. They do mailorder, worth asking about Cyprus.

Incidentally guys, would a duff TC cause increased turbo lag? I have noticed lately that it takes quite a while between putting your foot down at a junction, to actually setting off. When I say quite a while, I mean longer than it used to.
