Itâs not just their rates, itâs their customer service and lack of knowledge too. I used to drive an hour to use them - very sad đ˘. James is at Keith Gottâs I believe.DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

I rung up for my service in January, asked to speak to James and was told he had left. Knew it wouldnât be long before it went downhill.
Leaves me with a dilemma of what to do now and where to go 2003 BMW M5- 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

Yep, same issue as well.
I think James only left a few weeks ago. He sorted my compressor change and told me it was his last day and he was off to Keith Gott.
Conrico is also shutting / shut. Anyone used Wimbledon service centre??
Failing that, We are going to have to find an independent somewhere.
Keith Gott and Rovertune are a bit far for me, but maybe I have no choice now.
Interesting, I had a front wheel bearing replaced by Guava a year or so ago for about ÂŁ260. Today, a rear wheel bearing at Hunters was ÂŁ480!
To be fair, I was looked after well over the past few days with repairs etc, itâs just the costs now I canât get over!

Also interested in alternatives, Gott is a bit far for me.
For warranty stuff via WD then it wouldn't be an issue using Hunters pm but with the big belt change coming up I don't want to have to get SWMBO out working.

Was Guava, then Hunters, now Inchcape. No idea what the implications of that are but would bet it's not going to go back to the good old days.

Thinking of trying Moore Automotive in Chertsey who are LR specialists!

I'm looking at alternatives oop norf. If not staying wishing LR stealer network then possibly Disco_Mikey 120 miles away in Dundee, otherwise Pentland 35 miles away in Elgin or Parks (ex Macrae & Dick) in Inverness, 32 miles away.
