I flushed/replaced my fluid and bled using the IID tool. It doesn't make the bleeding a one man job, it simply cycles the ABS module so all the fluid in the valveblock gets pushed through/flushed too.

If you don't already know, Land Rover advise a specific 'low viscosity' grade of dot 4, I can't remember the spec number, but do know you can pick something up at Halfords off the shelf as I've commented on it before
