Aftermarket screen and reverse camera
Evening all.
Anyone fitted this set up?
Just awaiting it's arrival no doubt from China despite saying uk seller. Anyhoo just wondered best method to fit screen and what power source to use behind dash and any advice on fitting and wiring it would be appreciated.
If anyone has pics of similar install into the original hole where the if fitted factory Satnav would sit.

Here is the install I did with a Kenwood screen. It is similar dimenrions to the set up you have ordered. You might have to do a bit of sliming down on the casing for the screen to get it to fit in snug but it will

Can I ask did you have to trim the dash or your screen at all to fit and what power feed did you use. Thanks

I just installed what looks like the same camera with a GVIF
Slightly disappointed TBH, although the image quality is ok it is rotated a few degrees and it's not angled down sufficiently - I want to be able to see my tow bar when I hit something expensive!
Shame, It was only £20 but I'd happily pay two or three times that for a little bit more thought in the manufacturing. Bit hard to tell whether the slightly more expensive ones are any different from the photos, they all look identical.
If it ever stops raining I'll open it up and see if the orientation of the camera element can be adjusted.

Yes some of the dash did need to be trimed but it is completely hidden when screen removed and the mat out back in
You are correct the camera view is slightly off and does not include the two bar hence the install of the second camera 07 Java Black TD V6 D3, EGRs Blanked, Tow bar, Full dog guard & divider, LED Spots , DRLs, GG ATs, RLD Sump guard, RLD Spare Wheel Protector, D4 LED Rear Lights, Limo tints on boot and Midnight tint on rear windows, Kenwood screen with Garmin nav, Rear cameras, D4 Steering wheel with flappy paddles, T-max split charge system, Tree sliders, Prospeed roof rack & Ladder, Alisport fast road inter cooler,

Cheers for that. I seen a similar post stating the same that prompted me to buy an additional camera a 360° fish bowl type. The main reason for doing all this initially was so I could hook up the tin tent on my own so wanted to see the tow bar. I can reverse the disco fine into spaces and have pdc so is a doddle anyway. But hopefully with the two it will leave no doubt and hopefully I'll add a third wireless to the tin tent rear
