Trolley Jack Question
Hi Guys,
have decided (having scared myself sh less this morning) that I NEED a trolley jack. SGS seems a well respected brand. Can anyone tell me whether the "Heavy Duty" or "Heavy Duty Garage" jack would best suffice?
They are both rated at 3 ton.
Many thanks (again)

I have the cheaper one at £70 or there abouts it's a heavy bit of kit and does the job with relative ease.==================================

Don't suppose you can recommend axle stands too can you? 3,4, or 6 ton?

I have the more expensive one and it's a beast. If I'd read the details properly, I'd have bought the slightly lighter (and cheaper) one, as it's more than adequate.Darren

When it comes to axle stands on the D3/D4 you can pretty much disregard the weight rating as the amount of lift is the critical factor. Usually those that have sufficient lift/height tend to be in the 6 tonne range.
