Well if didn't cost more than a few first class stamps, I'd send you an engine.

The engine is almost stripped -having difficulty getting the spare time these days and an hour here and there will have to suffice.
I have the transmission removed and the injectors and just about ready to pull the heads as soon as i can remove the crankshaft pulley bolt- it is a nightmare to remove on mine - tried and failed so far.
Any ideas - I have the flywheel locked with a bolt through it and through the window

Normal thread (Lefty Loosey)
The last one I done was so tight, I climbed into the engine bay, and had 2 feet pushing against the inner wing to undo it. It was tight My D3 Build Thread

I had a 2 metre scaffold pole over an 18 inch shifter, and a whole box of weetabix.
No prayers were necessary, though I did use all the swear words I know, and that worked.

I'll try them all in the morning and make up a few new ones - I'm also remembering that while i loved big jigsaw puzzles as a kid, i grew out of them !!!
