My D4 has been pretty flawless since I collected in November (bar a sticking rear brake that was quickly sorted by the dealer), however the one thing bugging me about it is the crappy cruise control.
The issue I have is that when I engage it, the response from the car varies, at times it does what you expect and holds the speed nicely and seamlessly but on other occasions the speed just drops away markedly and I have to accelerate to bring it back up quickly otherwise I and up getting caught by following vehicles. It also stubbornly refuses to hold the speed I set it to on the dash readout, almost always sitting 1-2mph lower.
Is the above just a characteristic of the D4 cruise control or does it sound like it needs looking at? 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

Just collected my D4, use the CC quite a lot though
Mine does what you would expect, the same as it did on the D3, no surprises
I would suggest you need to get yours looked at
