Friends from the land of the Finns, tell me that their Government stipulates that wood must go thru a cycle of practical use = furniture; etc before it can be consumed in their super efficient 2 tonne, Soap Stone, short burnings, high temp, stoves.
Not sure it would be much use on larger logs.==================================

I've thought of a maul as being the result of the mating of a sledgehammer with an axe - this X-Bladed Axe [XBA] reminds me of what could be the offspring of an axe and a (blunt headed) ''Wood grenade'' log splitter.
In its present form the XBA lacks the momentum that a maul gains, so [IMO] needs 1/2 a sledge-head attached - a project for when I've got my MIG/TIG welding skills up to standard?

Rig some kind of overhead line if possible and use the LR to haul Stew,

My love of everything orange has struck again. This time a parts washer ordered in orange and a few husky stickers to blend it into the workshop

Narpy Grill, tinted windows, Smooth leather wheel (TLO Group buy), ACM fitted (thanks TLO), Rear door loom and Row 2 & 3 audio switch upgrade, RRS 20" wheel change, 285 Cooper LTZ's Sat Nav Mod (until I get a Faultmate upgrade), Front & Rear lamp guards. 4x4 screen now switched on - Woody32, Follow me home reverse lights - woody32, Auto release EPB - Woody32. Off Road Navigation - Woody32. Remap + EGR's switched off. Full chassis clean and Waxoyl.
