Hmm those SE wheels look dead strong! NOT!!!
She must have only been doing 20-25 I reckon considering what distance she travelled when rolling.
Be interesting to see the cause of the crash if she was distracted or sun blinded her. Could have been a very different story had the ramp been up....FFRR Owner, very nearly became a D3 owner

Bet the driver of the oncoming car thought theyd had it LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Glad the driver is OK and just goes to show how tough these cars are (apart from the alloy wheels ) There was a video floating about on Facebook a few weeks ago about a similar accident except the car hit the recovery ramp more square and took the cab out on the recovery vehicle.Cheers Ian

glad she is ok and wasn't in some other car.

I noticed the wheels as well. I'm quite surprised it sheared the rims off. I guess the side loads were high, but I wouldn't expect the spoke to snap like that.Richard
