Fluid dripping under the car

I discovered something weird today D3. There's something dripping from the underside middle/front part of my new old friend. I don't know much about the mechanics of a car so I have no idea from what part it's dripping. It looks and feels like water, doesn't feel oily or smells weird. It's also pretty clear from what I can tell. Is this some kind of condensation water? It comes from the lowest point of that weird bulge (whatever that is) and it's not just running down the side of it.

Appreciate any help before I have to take her to the mechanic.

If it's not oily and looks like clear water then probably condensation, maybe from the Aircon ?

That is the aircon drain - all perfectly normal - all cars with aircon do it.
