one touch windows
Am I going senile?
I'm (fairly) sure my MY12 had one touch front windows, for both up and down movement, but my MY16 only has it for down.
I didnt think my memory was that bad, although it was while since I opened (or more to the point, closed) the windows.

My MY10 has one touch both ways on both windows if that helps

Close the window and then hold it closed for 10seconds. Then give it another go. Bodsys Brake Bible
Will have to try mine tonight as got told the passenger one doesn't have one touch close anymore
I presumed it was me playing with IID tool

Some D3s have the passenger window too but no way has been found to introduce the feature when not fitted.

ISTR 07MY onwards has the one touch thingie on the passanger side.

Thanks. My one is 2 years away from that feature fitted.
I'm good but my Mrs will have to keep the finger on the trigger a little but longer each time.

My MY10 has one touch on all 4 windows both ways.
If it is fitted you should be able to feel a distinctly different action to the switch i.e. pull the switch up a bit and it goes up (or down if you press the other way) until you release the switch, pull the switch up further and it closes all the way - you can clearly feel the change in resistance on the switch between the two modes.
Al - are you saying that you can't feel the two stages of the switch (which implies it isn't fitted) or you can and the window doesn't go all the way up (which implies it needs resetting or is broken)?

All of the windows on my 2010 XS are also one touch. However, the front passenger window regularly stops one touch closing and keeps needing to be reset as mentioned, especially after a dealer visit.Andy

Yes there are some instructions on here which worked for mine, which also didn't one touch when I picked it up.
Something like lift to top, release for a second then lift and hold for a few seconds. Do a quick forum search will find it.
