| Groaning noise under acceleration |

Hi,
I picked up my MY2011 D4 2 weeks ago and since I've had it I've noticed a groan under acceleration between gears 1-3 especially when cold or on a steep incline It seems present in Drive and Sport but not when in commandshift. It does feel like some degree of clutch slip so I'm thinking there could be an issue with the torque converter.
I'm going to phone up tomorrow and get it booked iin to be looked at under warranty but does anybody have any suggestions?

It was the transfer case on my MY11. 2010 MX-5 2.0 Sport Tech PRHT
