I doubt the Pug pump will be much cheaper. That thought did cross my mind, but seeing as we have a decent supply of well prcied Genuine pumps, I didn't bother.
If/When Citroen put their prices up, we shall move on to Peugeot My D3 Build Thread

good timing - thinking about changing mine when having the belts done. I know in theory existing pump is not in the problem range, but I like the idea of an oil pump that is new and able to deliver full pressure, especially at start after a period draining.2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.

Hi Mike
is this citroen part the same as LR076782 (latest part number) or LR013487
Is LR076782 and LR013487 the same part or do they have a slightly different design?
Could I get the citroen part number from you please? Is it on the box?
My car is in with the garage as we speak
Cheers

I just fitted the Citroen pump purchased from Mike. I can confirm that they are the newer style pump with the additional strengthening around the tensioner mount. Pump fitted like a glove and no problems thus far.
